When is LANDED Rentals launching?
We're pre-launch in the UK and opening access in phases. Join the waitlist and we'll email you before we open in your city.
Who is this for?
Renters relocating to the UK — often on Skilled Worker, Health and Care Worker, Global Talent, or Graduate visas — who are financially qualified but new to the UK. And landlords or letting agents who want to reach them.
What will it cost?
For renters
You pay market rent based on your lease terms in addition to any membership fees. We won't ask you to send money before a viewing, and we won't charge a hidden guarantor or referencing markup. Exact pricing will be published before launch.
For landlords
It's free to list your available properties on our platform.
We do not charge a commission nor do we charge you for listing on our platform.
How does approval work without UK credit history?
Our approval path is designed for renters new to the UK. It looks at your income, employment contract, and savings, so a financially qualified renter isn't judged on a UK paper trail they haven't had time to build.
Is this a letting agent?
No. LANDED Rentals is a marketplace that pairs listings with a built-in path to approval. Right to Rent remains the landlord's legal responsibility — we provide guidance to help everyone complete it.
How do you handle my data?
We only use your details to keep you updated about early access, in line with UK GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we'll never sell your data.
